The following Prophets of Allah are mentioned in the text below: Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael, John The Baptist, David, Jesus and Muhammad. May Peace and Blessing of Allmighty Allah Be Upon Them All.
Prophet Abraham was the forefather of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Abraham’s first wife was Sarah and the second wife being Hagar. Hagar gave birth to Abrahams first son: Prophet Ishmael. Sarah gave birth to Prophet Isaac. In the Bible God promises Ishmael that he will be the father of a Great Nation. For God a Great Nation is one which is pious and obedient to him. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is descendant of Prophet Ishmael. Prophet Muhammad received the last revelation of God which provides guidelines for the whole of humanity.
This prophecy has come true and if the Christians are honest with themselves they should accept Islam based on this.
|Refrence from the Bible:
"And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation. (From the NIV Bible, Genesis 17:20)"
"And what other nation is so great as to have such righteous decrees and laws as this body of laws I am setting before you today? (From the NIV Bible, Deuteronomy 4:7-8)"
In the above verses, we first see a clear promise from GOD Almighty that He will make a "great nation" from Ishmael's descendents. We then see the definition of "great nation" as being a nation that directly receives a Law from GOD Almighty.
The Rabbis are the most knowledgeable of the Jewish community when it comes to religious scriptures. The Rabbis were waiting for three Prophets as prophesied in the Old Testament.
As mentioned in the Bible when Jesus was preaching his Gospel to the Jews the Rabbis came running up to him. They asked him which one of three is he:
- The Messiah ( the last prophet to come to the Jews)
- The Prophet
According to the Bible John the Baptist was Elijah and Jesus was the Messiah but the Christian use metaphor to say Jesus was also the third person who the Rabbis were referring to as The Prophet.
We need to take into account what Moses said in simple terms in the Bible: The Prophet will come from the Israelites brethren and will be very similar to him.
Abraham had two sons Isaac and Ishmael. The Israelites are the children of Isaac while brethren will be referring to the children of Ishmael the brother of Isaac. As Muhammad (pbuh) is the descendant of Ishmael we can say that The Prophet the Rabbis were waiting for is no other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
Moses said The Prophet will be similar to him:
-Moses and Muhammad (pbuh) got problems and difficulties from their people initially, but were accepted by them at the end., whereas Jesus was rejected by his people at the start and is still rejected by the Jews until today. "He (Jesus) came unto his own, but his own received him not".(John 1:11)
-Moses and Muhammad (pbuh) had power, besides being prophets they were Kings. They both performed some capital punishments, for example, while Jesus had no power over his people. "My kingdom is not of this world", Jesus said in John 18:36 . Both Moses and Muhammad (pbuh) fought battles.
-Moses and Muhammad (pbuh) brought new laws while Jesus did not.
- Moses and Muhammad were married and had children while Jesus did not marry nor have children.
-Moses was forced to emigrate in adulthood to Median while Muhammad (pbuh) was forced to emigrate at that stage in his life too, towards Madina. Whereas Jesus did not have such forced emigration in his adulthood .
-Moses and Muhammad (pbuh) both died of natural deaths after which they were buried, while the same could not be said of Jesus he was neither killed nor crucified at all, according to the Quran and did not die a ‘natural’ death as could be affirmed by Christians who believe in Crucifixion, see my link.
By looking at this prophecy in their Bible the Christians should accept Muhammad (pbuh) as the last Prophet and accept Islam as their religion.
|Reference from the Bible:
John the Baptist being Elijah: Matthew 11:13-14 - "For all the prophets and the Law prophesied until John. 14"And if you care to accept it, he himself is Elijah, who was to come."
Moses prophecy on The Prophet: In Deuteronomy 18:18, Moses spoke of the prophet to be sent by God who is : From among the Israelites “brethren” and a prophet like unto Moses.
In this point I will start of with the reference from the Bible where Jesus spoke to his disciples explaining why he has to leave:
John 16:7-13 :
" But I tell you the truth, It is better for you that I should go away; for if I do not away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I should go, I will send him to you. And when he is come, he will rebuke the world concerning sin, concerning righteousness, and concerning Judgment. Concerning sin, because they do not believe in me; Concerning righteousness, because I go to my Father, and you will not see me again; Concerning judgment, because the leader of this world has been judged. Again, I have many other things to tell you, but you cannot grasp them now. But when the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all the truth: for he will not speak from himself, but what he hears, that he will speak: and he will make known to you things which are to come in the future. He will glorify me; because he will take of my own and show to you. Everything that my Father has is mine; this is the reason why I told you that he will take of my own and show to you." (Lamsa Bible translation from Aramaic Manuscripts).
Muslim believe the comforter Jesus was referring to was Muhammad (pbuh).
- Christians say the comforter is the Holy Ghost / Spirit. But Jesus makes a condition: “if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.” (john 16-7). In the Bible it is written that the Holy Spirit was around long before Jesus. For example “Elisabeth (mother of John The Baptist) was filled with the Holy Ghost” (Luke 1:41). John the Batiste had the Holy Ghost with him in his mother’s womb before he was born. When Jesus was preaching and healing, he used to say “I by the spirit of God do… I by the finger of God cast out devils…” This shows it was present while Jesus was there. The Bible mentions Holy Ghost helped Jesus in his ministry, helped him performing miracles, even helped his disciples (when they went out preaching and healing). So the Holy Ghost was with Elisabeth, Zechariah, John the Batiste, Jesus, his disciples.
From this we can see the Holy Spirit was around before and at the time of Jesus. So Holy Spirit cannot be the Comforter as it will only come after Jesus departs.
- When you read the above reference Jesus mentions “he” ten times. This “he” Jesus is referring to is a man not a spirit. If Jesus was referring to the Holy Spirit he will be referring to it as “it”.
- Every church says they have the Holy Spirit, Jehovah’s Witness, Roman Catholic, Seventh-Day Adventist Church and the other Protestant Groups yet they are going in different directions. For example many Protestant churches believe the Roman Catholics are the Anti - Christ. So the big question is which Holy Spirit is right.
- Holy Spirit which the Christians are holding onto suppose to be part of the One God and it still ends up taking the Christians in many directions.
- Muslims seeing this have every right to say the Holy Ghost / Spirit that Christians turn to is nothing other than the Demon / Satan ( No believing Jinns). Evidence of this is shown in the ever growing Pentecostal Church where the congregation starts speaking in tongues (language no one can understand) and in serious cases starts rolling around on the floor. Ask any exorcist which removes Jinns / demons they will say those people are possessed by evil jinn/ demon / spirit.
In the above reference Jesus said if he does not go away the Comforter will not come. The word 'Comforter' is used in the English translation for the Greek word Paracletos which means advocate or a kind friend rather than a comforter. Paracletos is the word which can also be read as Periclytos.
"Ahmed" or "Muhammad" meaning "the one who praises" or "the praised one" is almost the translation of the
Greek word Periclytos. So Jesus mentioned the name Ahmed by name who will come only after he leaves.
The Bible has a tendency of changing peoples name into the meaning. For example Before Jesus departed, he told Peter, being his leading disciple, to feed his flock, feed his lamb and feed his sheep, meaning “look after the others”. He was the most mature, the best qualified to look on others. But theres one problem, again, Peter never heard of the name Peter cause his real name was Simon. Simon was a very militant person, and Jesus described him as “Simon thao at kefus” , "and on this Rock I shall build my Church" … "Kefus" in Hebrew means “ROCK” . So Jesus describes Simon as a Rock of stone, being the solid foundation of his church. In Greek, "Rock" is translated "Petros" , from were comes the word Westernised name"Peter" . Peter never heard the word Peter in his life!
Changing names and translating names which lead to the extinction of the original names. And this caused by the ruling race adjusting the sounds of names to match their sounds, and that’s a clear Historical fact. (Saul=Jew but Paul=Greco-remain) (Essua=Jew but Jesus=other than Jew).
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is mentioned by name in the Song of Solomon chapter 5 verse 16:
"Hikko Mamittakim we kullo Muhammadim Zehdoodeh wa Zehraee Bayna Jerusalem."
"His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters
In the Hebrew language im is added for respect. Similarely im is added after the name of Prophet Muhammad
(pbuh) to make it Muhammadim. In English translation they have even translated the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as "altogether lovely", but in the Old Testament in Hebrew, the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is yet present.
Again we see where the Bible has removed the name and used the translation.
The following is from Psalm 84 of the Bible.
5 Blessed are those whose strength is in you,
who have set their hearts on pilgrimage.
6 As they pass through the Valley of Baca,
they make it a place of springs;
the autumn rains also cover it with pools.
This above versus clearly shows Prophet David was speaking about the people who are blessed who go on to pilgrimage to Bacca.
BACA IS MECCA: the holy Ka'ba built by the prophet Abraham and his son Ishmael is in Mecca.
The name Mecca (Makkah) is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an in 48:24. Another name for Mecca is Bakka, depending on the dialect of the tribe: this is also mentioned once, in Sura 3:96
"Verily, the first house (of worship) appointed for mankind was that in Bakka (Mecca), full of blessing, and guidance for all people." Amazingly enough, this word Bakka is mentioned by the prophet David in the Bible:
"Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well, the rain also filleth the pools." (Psalm 84:6)
The well here is the well known well of Zam-Zam, still present now, close to the Ka'bah; after thousands of years.
John The Baptist is the Prophet in Islam and in Christianity. He was born 6 months before Prophet Jesus according to Bible.
He was considered very highly by Jesus Christ, Who said about him, "Among those born of women there has not risen anyone greater than John the Baptist." (Matthew 11:11).
According to the Bible John the Baptist announced the coming of One greater than he whose sandal he is not good enough to carry. (Matthew 3:7-12 )
The only Prophet that came after John the Baptist is Muhammad (pbuh) to whom the final revelation came for the whole of mankind. While the other Prophets only came for their own people. Remember Jesus himself said in the Bible that he has come for only the Jews.
Christian no doubt will say that the superior person spoken by John the Baptist is Jesus. Both Jesus and John were preaching at the same time. If it was Jesus that John the Baptist was referring to than he would have said so to his followers because both have already met and knew each other.

Isaiah 29:12-18 Isaiah an Israelite Prophet who lived 8th Century BC.
12And the book shall be given to one that knoweth no letters, and it shall be said to him: Read: and he shall answer: I know no letters.
As you can see from the versus from the Bible that Isaiah is referring to a Book from God to be revealed to someone who cannot read. The following will no doubt confirm who Isaiah is referring to is Muhammad (pbuh) and the Book being Quran.
This first revelation was reported by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)as follows: "That night Gabriel came to me and said ‘Read . I responded, ‘I am not of those who read'. Upon this, the angel took me; pressed me until it was almost too much to bear. Then he released me and said, ‘Read'. I again replied ‘I am not of those who read' He embraced me again firmly and said, ‘Read'. When I responded ‘What shall I read?' the angel embraced me till I had no more strength left and after releasing me the angel read these verses to me: ‘Recite in the Name of your God, Nourisher and Sustainer Who created man from a clot. Recite! And your God is the Most Generous Who taught by the pen, taught man that which he knew not" (Quran Surah Al'Alaq, 96:1-5).
Isaiah 42 9-12
"Behold, the former things are come to pass, and the new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. `Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth'. Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up their voices, the villages that Kedar doth inhabit: let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains. Let them give glory unto the Lord, and declare His praise in the inlands." Chapter 42, Verses 9-12.
Kedar was the grandson of Prophet Abraham and Son of Prophet Ishmael.
Allah did reveal in the Land of Kedar, through prophet Muhammad (pbuh) - a "New Song" - The Quran. This happens to be the only Scripture to be revealed in the language of the Kedarites. The verses of the Qur'an are recited like a poem. Nearly 1.2 billion Muslims, residing all over the world, recite this "new song" and Glorify Allah, in their daily prayers, five times in a day. The initial Revelation came to prophet Muhammad in a cave of Mount Hira near the city of Mecca. There are several mountains near Mecca. During the annual Islamic Pilgrimage called "Hajj", Muslims from all over the world, assemble in Mecca and shout Glory to the Lord from the top of Mount Arafat. The pilgrims continuously give Glory to Allah on their ways, to and from Mecca.
Look at the section where it says " let the inhabitants of the rock sing ". Mecca is rocky place
